Terms and Conditions — pk1974 Platform Rules

These terms apply to all users of the pk1974 platform, accessible at pk1974.app. By accessing, browsing or using any feature of the platform — whether or not you have registered an account — you are agreeing to be bound by these terms in their current form.

pk1974 may update these terms periodically. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified through the platform. Continued use of pk1974 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The most recent version is always published on this page with the date of the last update shown at the top.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to register and maintain an account at pk1974:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not be self-excluded from pk1974 or any gaming platform under a currently active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be prohibited from accessing online gaming platforms under any applicable law that applies to you in your personal jurisdiction.

Registration constitutes confirmation that you meet all eligibility criteria. pk1974 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be registered with false information may be suspended and balances reviewed pending investigation.

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only at pk1974. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment details, same device or same household in some circumstances — may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and transactions initiated.
• Notifying pk1974 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pk1974 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account to add a layer of protection beyond your password. This option is available in the account settings section.

Accounts that have had no activity — no login, deposit, bet or game session — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pk1974 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before any dormancy action is taken. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved and returned upon a valid request from the verified account holder.

pk1974 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), and debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or through international payment processors.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' mobile wallets or bank accounts registered under a different name — are not permitted and may be returned pending verification.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method, starting from PKR 200 for mobile wallets.
• pk1974 does not charge any fees on deposits. Standard carrier or banking charges from your own provider, if applicable, are separate from pk1974's system.
• Deposits credited to your account are available for gaming immediately upon confirmation.
• pk1974 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via third-party payment agents.

Deposit limits can be set by players in the account dashboard as part of pk1974's responsible gaming tools. Once set, daily and weekly limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously set deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.

Withdrawals from pk1974 are processed in PKR to payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name. The available withdrawal methods mirror the available deposit methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Withdrawals to the same method used for deposit are standard practice.

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within 1 to 3 hours of approval.
• Raast: Near-instant during standard banking hours.
• Bank Transfer: Within 24 hours on business days.

pk1974 does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallets and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.

Balances consisting entirely of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is satisfied. The breakdown of real money and bonus balance is visible in your account dashboard at all times.

pk1974 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, accumulator boosts, cashback and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. The key principles that apply across all promotions are:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be turned over before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page. For most deposit bonuses at pk1974, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• pk1974 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, and to modify the terms of ongoing offers with reasonable notice.

Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using patterns of play specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than for genuine gaming purposes, or coordinating with other players to circumvent promotion limits constitutes bonus abuse. pk1974 will void bonuses and associated winnings, and may close accounts, where abuse is identified.

Sports bets placed on pk1974 are binding once confirmed on the bet slip. The following rules apply across all sports betting markets:

• All results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or competition. For cricket, this includes the ICC, PCB and PSL governing body as appropriate.
• In the event of a match being abandoned before a result is possible, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. For cricket, specific rules apply to rain-affected matches based on the DLS method where applicable.
• Live in-play bets are accepted in real time. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. pk1974 is not responsible for network delays affecting a player's ability to place or cancel live bets.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at clearly incorrect levels due to a technical fault — may be voided by pk1974 regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market and event. These limits are visible on the bet slip at the time of placing.
• Accumulator bets involving selections that share a contingency — where the outcome of one selection affects another — may be voided for the related leg.

pk1974 monitors betting patterns for integrity purposes. Accounts showing suspicious betting patterns that suggest the use of inside information or match manipulation may have bets voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.

All casino games on pk1974 — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games and other titles — operate on certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live casino, physical dealing by trained dealers streamed in real time. The results of all games are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a demonstrable technical malfunction.

In the event of a genuine technical fault that affects the outcome of a game session — for example, a server disconnection that results in an incomplete game round — the affected round will typically be voided and the stake returned to the player. pk1974 is not liable for network interruptions on the player's side that affect their ability to complete a game session.

Game-specific rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information section. Players are encouraged to review these before playing.

Slots, crash games and other fast-play titles are intended for adult entertainment. Autoplay features, where available, allow sessions to continue across multiple rounds — players are responsible for managing their own session length and budgets regardless of autoplay use.

pk1974 operates a six-tier VIP programme. Points are accumulated through real money wagering across all product areas — sports betting, casino games and live casino. VIP tier progression, point accumulation rates and the benefits associated with each tier are described in full on the VIP page.

VIP status and associated benefits — including higher withdrawal limits, dedicated account managers, custom bonus packages and accelerated processing — are at pk1974's discretion and may be adjusted, paused or removed where a player's account shows irregular activity, bonus abuse or other conduct that violates these terms.

VIP points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Accumulated points may lapse if an account falls below the activity threshold required to maintain a given tier. The specific retention criteria are published on the VIP page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk1974 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using false, incomplete or borrowed identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit errors in odds, game outcomes or bonus mechanics.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game format.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Placing bets based on information not in the public domain (insider information) in sports betting markets.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider without first seeking resolution through pk1974 support.

pk1974 cooperates with relevant investigations where required and may share information with payment processors and other parties where there is a legitimate basis to do so.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pk1974 support. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

pk1974 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to pk1974.
• Any conduct that pk1974 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pk1974 will communicate the reason and expected timeframe to the account holder within a reasonable period. Funds in suspended accounts are held securely pending resolution.

pk1974 is an adult entertainment platform. The responsible gaming tools available to all players include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. pk1974 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. The platform may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, technical updates or circumstances outside pk1974's control.

pk1974's liability to any player is limited to the real money balance held in the player's account at the time of any dispute, and does not extend to consequential losses, lost potential winnings from bets not placed due to platform unavailability, or indirect damages of any kind.

Players use the platform at their own risk and with full understanding that gambling involves the possibility of financial loss. pk1974 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for individual gaming outcomes.

pk1974 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this website. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and the verification process is used to manage your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and fulfil responsible gaming obligations. pk1974 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
